• You are 40 to 64 years old needing breast/cervical screening/diagnostic/ treatment services
• You are 21 to 39 years of age and need a Pap test
• You are 21 to 39 years of age and have been referred to BCCCP with an abnormal screening Pap test or clinical breast exam which requires breast or cervical diagnostic services
• Michigan residents living in the Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb County regions
• Uninsured or under-insured
• Meeting income guidelines (under 250% Federal poverty level – call for details)
