At your choice of more than 40 Detroit area hospitals, offices and community clinics that partner with the BCCCP.

Yes – there are no out-of-pocket costs for any of the covered services.

Women diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer through the BCCCP are almost always eligible for treatment coverage through other BCCCP-related programs.

Unfortunately the BCCCP does not provide services for men.

  • The BCCCP can only cover services directly related to breast and cervical cancer.
  • However, through our community partnerships we can help women (and men) identify other possible sources of help for their other health care needs.
  • Some current (or potential) BCCCP enrollees will become eligible for new health insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act and we will help these women move from BCCCP to ACA coverage.
  • Women who do not obtain insurance through the Affordable Care Act will still be able to enroll in the BCCCP and receive all of our services as long as they meet our standard eligibility requirements.
